This job opening is designed for an individual to join Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Sales Leader focused on driving business growth through the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices. The role is integral to achieving company sales objectives by creating and implementing store-level growth plans that align with zone objectives related to revenue, product freshness, and realization. This position requires building strong customer relationships and partnering with business stakeholders to review quarterly progress, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans. The Sales Leader will also leverage sales data tools to make informed decisions, help frontline sales teams, and grow the market presence of strategic brands by acquiring new space and display opportunities. This role is not just about meeting sales targets but enhancing the overall customer experience and furthering Bimbo Bakeries USA's position as a market leader. The salary range for this position is $66,600 to $86,600 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package, vehicle reimbursement, eligibility for an annual bonus, and a matching 401k plan. Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Combination of education, training and experience demonstrating competency to perform the work may be substituted
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
- At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
- Proficiency in computer skills specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway signs and respond to official inquiries

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer relations or sales for 3-5 years
- Leadership or influence experience for at least 6 months

Job Duties
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives to grow the overall business by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market
- Establish store-level growth plans that connect to the Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships that align with planned store-level growth goals
- Communicate plans and conduct reviews quarterly with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans
- Execute on all growth opportunities to grow market share on strategic brands through the execution of DSDE best practices
- Utilize sales data tools to help drive effective decisions with the frontline salespeople as well as drive brand growth with customers through the acquisition of new space and displays
