Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
- At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
- Computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for public interaction and roadside safety

Job Duties
- Achieve sales objectives by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence best practices in the market
- Establish store-level growth plans aligned to zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization
- Build and maintain customer relationships to meet growth goals
- Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and create action plans
- Execute growth opportunities to increase market share on strategic brands
- Use sales data tools to drive decisions and brand growth
