The available role focuses on driving sales growth and enhancing market share through strategic leadership in Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively establish and execute store-level growth plans connected to broader zone objectives. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, utilizing sales data for decision-making, and collaborating with a team in a supportive and inclusive environment. Employees in this role are eligible for competitive salaries ranging from $69,200 to $90,000, alongside comprehensive benefits, vehicle reimbursement, annual bonuses, and 401(k) with company match. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • Computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
  • Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for public interaction and roadside safety

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Achieve sales objectives by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence best practices in the market
  • Establish store-level growth plans aligned to zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to meet growth goals
  • Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and create action plans
  • Execute growth opportunities to increase market share on strategic brands
  • Use sales data tools to drive decisions and brand growth
  • Collaborate as part of a team to foster an inclusive and authentic work environment
