This position offers an excellent opportunity to join the largest baking company in the world with a comprehensive salary package ranging from $71,300 to $92,700. This role is primarily focused on achieving sales objectives to drive the growth of the overall business by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing store-level growth plans that align with the Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization while building lasting customer relationships that support planned store-level growth goals. The role involves communicating these plans and conducting quarterly reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and formulate action plans. Additionally, this position requires the execution of all growth opportunities to enhance market share on strategic brands by implementing DSDE best practices effectively. Utilizing sales data tools is a critical component of this role to assist frontline sales representatives in making informed decisions and to drive brand growth through the acquisition of new space and displays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Combination of education, training, and experience that results in competency may be substituted
  • Three to five years of related customer relations or sales experience
  • Six months experience leading and influencing others or equivalent
  • Computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Ability to acquire and maintain DOT Medical card
  • Must read and speak English sufficiently to converse and understand traffic signs
