The Sales Manager role at Bimbo Bakeries USA is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, goal-oriented professionals who aspire to lead direct store delivery execution and grow business within their assigned territory. With a salary range of $61,400 to $79,800, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, vehicle reimbursement, annual bonus eligibility, and 401k with company match, this role offers both financial stability and professional development. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales objectives by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market. They will develop store-level growth plans aligned with zone objectives, helping to drive revenue, freshness, and realization, while fostering strong customer relationships that support these goals. Key responsibilities include utilizing sales data to guide decision-making, securing new space and displays for strategic brands, and collaborating closely with business partners to identify growth opportunities and take actionable steps toward market share expansion. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and practical sales expertise, making it ideal for those who excel in customer relations and hands-on sales management. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • a combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • at least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
  • must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card
  • ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records

Job Duties

  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives to grow the overall business by leading the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market
  • establish store-level growth plans that connect to the Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships that align with planned store-level growth goals
  • communicate plans and conduct reviews quarterly with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans
  • execute on all growth opportunities to grow market share on strategic brands through the execution of DSDE best practices
  • utilize sales data tools to help drive effective decisions with the frontline salespeople as well as drive brand growth with customers through the acquisition of new space and displays
