The available role offers a competitive salary range of $61,400 to $79,800 and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This position is ideal for a motivated professional committed to driving sales growth by executing Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives that contribute to overall business expansion. In addition, they will create store-level growth plans aligned with zone-level revenue, freshness, and sales realization goals. Building and sustaining strong customer relationships are crucial to executing these plans effectively. The role requires active quarterly communication with business partners to review results, discuss opportunities, and develop action plans aimed at capturing growth potential.

A data-driven approach is emphasized in this role whereby the candidate will utilize sales data and analytical tools to inform decision-making both for the sales team and customers. This includes identifying space and display opportunities that promote strategic brand growth and market share expansion. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma required
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • at least 6 months experience leading and influencing others
  • computer skills and proficiency, specifically powerpoint, excel, and word required
  • must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • must be able to acquire and maintain a dot medical card
  • consistent with united states department of transportation regulations, the ability to read and speak the english language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the english language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records

Job Duties

  • responsible for achieving sales objectives to grow the overall business by leading the execution of direct store delivery excellence best practices in the market
  • establish store-level growth plans that connect to the zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships that align with planned store-level growth goals
  • communicate plans and conduct reviews quarterly with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans
  • execute on all growth opportunities to grow market share on strategic brands through the execution of direct store delivery excellence best practices
  • utilize sales data tools to help drive effective decisions with the frontline salespeople as well as drive brand growth with customers through the acquisition of new space and displays
