The Market Leader role at CRISP & GREEN is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead multiple locations and drive operational excellence across our expanding presence. The Market Leader’s responsibilities span managing restaurant P&L, coaching and mentoring staff, and implementing programs aimed at improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, the Market Leader plays an essential role in identifying and nurturing internal talent while attracting high-potential external candidates to build a robust leadership pipeline.

In a dynamic, fast-paced setting, the Market Leader must balance operational demands with strategic oversight, driving results through clear communication, motivation, and accountability. This role necessitates a proactive approach to managing labor and food costs, ensuring compliance with established standards, and maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.
