Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or less of food preparation or related experience
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, stooping and standing for extended periods
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers’ names and to address them by name whenever possible
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach items, loading or unloading heavy items, making note of customer suggestions
- Answers the telephone promptly and provides helpful service
- Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepares cooking surfaces and menu items including vegetables, sides, meats and breakfast foods
- Places food in hot cases, monitors amounts and refills
- Knowledgeable of all menu items and able to take guest orders
- Prepares items for upcoming shifts
- Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- Maintains adherence to personal hygiene and dress standards
- Adheres to company policies and store guidelines
