Job Requirements
- Minimum five years experience in hotel sales and marketing preferred with at least three years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and driving market share
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles including revenue management, digital marketing and public relations
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Achieving 100 percent or more of team rooms and catering revenue goal
- Achieving 100 percent or more of business transient goal
- Holding accountability meetings with sales leadership team on an ongoing basis
- Communicating hotel goals to entire hotel and keeping the sales team motivated towards achieving goals
- Overseeing, directing and managing eCommerce and Marketing initiatives for the hotel
- Interviewing, hiring and tracking performance for the sales team
