Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6-years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred
- or 2-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- 4-years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area
- or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
- 2-years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
- Managers food handling certification and alcohol beverage servers certification required
- CPR certification required
- first aide training
- AED certification preferred
- Required experience in food and beverage management
- Full-time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Lead the vision and execution of dynamic outlet programming by driving innovative marketing strategies, driving strategic partnerships, and engaging activations that elevate brand presence and maximize revenue
- Champion a high-impact food and beverage lifestyle and revenue strategy by aligning operations, optimizing pricing and promotions, and empowering teams to deliver elevated experiences that position each outlet as a market-leading brand
- Accelerate revenue growth by creating compelling ticketed experiences, premium beverage offerings, and memorable private events that drive profitability and guest loyalty
- Build and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting top talent and delivering a robust training program focused on product expertise, sales excellence, and flawless event execution
- Drive operational excellence and profitability through strategic cost control, clear accountability, and effective leadership across all food and beverage sub-departments
- Continuously elevate the guest experience by analyzing customer feedback and market trends to proactively refine offerings, ensuring relevance, satisfaction, and competitive advantage
