Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6-years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred
  • or 2-year degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • 4-years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area
  • or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major
  • 2-years’ experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
  • Managers food handling certification and alcohol beverage servers certification required
  • CPR certification required
  • first aide training
  • AED certification preferred
  • Required experience in food and beverage management
  • Full-time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major, 2-years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area
  • Managers food handling certification and alcohol beverage servers certification required
  • CPR certification required, first aide training, and AED certification preferred
  • Required experience in food and beverage management

Job Duties

  • Lead the vision and execution of dynamic outlet programming by driving innovative marketing strategies, driving strategic partnerships, and engaging activations that elevate brand presence and maximize revenue
  • Champion a high-impact food and beverage lifestyle and revenue strategy by aligning operations, optimizing pricing and promotions, and empowering teams to deliver elevated experiences that position each outlet as a market-leading brand
  • Accelerate revenue growth by creating compelling ticketed experiences, premium beverage offerings, and memorable private events that drive profitability and guest loyalty
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team by recruiting top talent and delivering a robust training program focused on product expertise, sales excellence, and flawless event execution
  • Drive operational excellence and profitability through strategic cost control, clear accountability, and effective leadership across all food and beverage sub-departments
  • Continuously elevate the guest experience by analyzing customer feedback and market trends to proactively refine offerings, ensuring relevance, satisfaction, and competitive advantage
