This newly constructed 18-story property boasts 303 well-appointed guestrooms and an impressive 27,500 square feet of versatile event space, making it an ideal destination for both business and leisure travelers. The Market team at Hyatt Regency Frisco plays an essential role in elevating the guest experience by managing food and beverage selections meeting high-quality standards. Serving as the first point of contact for guests visiting the market and restaurant area, team members greet patrons warmly and help guide them through the varied menu options, offering knowledgeable recommendations drawn from the hotel’s broad compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. This role involves accepting, processing, and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately while ensuring that all service guidelines established by Hyatt are strictly followed.

Market personnel must be adept at handling payment transactions and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols. The incumbent is entrusted with preparing food and beverages according to menu standards and must be passionate about services like coffee and tea while remaining open to learning new trends. Job Requirements
- Must have flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Passionate about coffee and tea service
- Willingness to learn new trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with cooking equipment such as turbo chef and press

Job Duties
- Gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from compilation of cuisine and drink offerings
- Greet participants as they walk into market and restaurant
- Create a positive experience for all guests and exceed expectations when possible
- Effectively promote, take and deliver food and beverage and alcoholic beverage in a safe, accident-free manner
- Accurately and efficiently take and place all food orders with the kitchen according to standard procedures
- Check food to ascertain appearance, temperature, and portions are correct and deliver food in a timely manner
- Follow Hyatt standards in market service
