The Market Attendant role at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa offers a unique opportunity to be part of this vibrant and welcoming environment. This position involves providing excellent guest service within the resort’s marketplace by fulfilling orders for food, beverages, and retail products. Attendants are responsible for preparing food and espresso beverages in line with strict menu standards, ensuring every guest experiences quality and consistency. Maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere is essential, as well as stocking both front-of-house and back-of-house areas to keep the marketplace running smoothly. This role requires attentiveness, efficiency, and a friendly attitude to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Starting at $16.00 per hour plus tips, this part-time or full-time position requires flexibility including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
- Must have or be able to obtain AZ Food Handlers License
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check

- Open availability for overnight shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide service in the marketplace including fulfilling guest orders for food, beverage, and retail purchases
- Prepare food and espresso beverages according to menu standards

- Stock front and back of house areas with products
