Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift moderate weight
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for upwards of 8 hours during a shift
- Open availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, pull, and push approximately 25 pounds
- Previous barista and cashiering experience highly preferred
Job Duties
- Provide service in grab and go coffee shop
- Prepare beverages and food items according to menu standards
- Fulfill guest orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Operate cash register and handle transactions
- Assist with stocking and inventory
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
