The Market Attendant position at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly and efficient service in the grab-and-go coffee shop located on the hotel’s concourse level. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Capability to lift moderate weight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for upwards of 8 hours during a shift
  • Open availability including some nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push approximately 25 pounds
  • Previous barista and cashiering experience highly preferred
