This position is for a Server Assistant, an essential role within The Don CeSar’s dynamic culinary team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient food service delivery to guests, helping maintain the high standards of service the resort is celebrated for. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Previous food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service areas
  • Help with food preparation and plating when necessary
