The Management Authority is currently seeking a qualified professional for an administrative services position within its Marina operations department. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all marina emergencies, directly supporting the Executive Director by promptly reporting any urgent issues that may arise. They will ensure the consistent maintenance of critical marina equipment, including pumps, to guarantee operational readiness and environmental safety. Maintaining the integrity and visibility of all marina navigational markers is a key responsibility, which directly impacts the safety of boaters and staff alike. This role also involves close coordination and leadership tasks, including scheduling assignments and directing the work of the Marina Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operational workflows.
An ideal candidate for this position demonstrates strong competencies in managing projects, showcasing the ability to initiate, plan, execute, and close out project goals within established timelines successfully.
