Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- 1 year server experience preferred
- MCN OPG Gaming License required
- Tulsa County Food Handler's Card required
- Liquor License from the Able Commission required
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to maneuver chairs and navigate casino environment effectively
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and electronic timekeeping systems
- 1 year server experience preferred
- MCN OPG Gaming License is required
- Knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements for key positions
- Tulsa County Food Handler's Card required for all food and beverage positions
- Liquor License from the Able Commission required for front of house food and beverage positions
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required
Job Duties
- Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to guests during service
- Responsible for receiving beverage and food orders from guests
- Responsible for prompt delivery of beverage and food orders
- Assist all guests as needed
- Assist server assistants by pre-bussing guests tables
- Responsible for keeping work areas and tables clean at all times
- Stay informed and up-to-date with daily changes in menus, pricing, special events, and promotions
- Comply with all Oklahoma State liquor laws and MNGE Community Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Additional duties as required or assigned
