Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of the restaurant aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel
- Ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- General knowledge of hotel operations
- Ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the number in the party and according to guest preference
- Set up host/hostess stand, review guest reservation book, and make recommendations on room set-up
- Maintain a station chart and cover count recognizing each server's maximum workload capacity
- Answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards and take guest reservations or provide restaurant/hotel information
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries or problems, and recognize regular guests by name
- Inspect and maintain daily menus to ensure quality and appearance
- Comply with Four Seasons’ category one and category two work rules and standards of conduct while working harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
