Job Requirements
- 1 years or more experience in pastry prep or production
- knowledge of lamination, chocolate work, production of confectionaries, and building cakes and entremets preferred
- must maintain a high level of cleanliness and be aware of all food safety standards
- must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- must have a flexible schedule including the ability to work on holidays
- a great attitude, an eagerness to learn, and passion for pastry
- ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
- standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time
- ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform

Job Duties
- Plate desserts throughout service
- set up and stock station with necessary supplies
- ensure food comes out simultaneously with attention to detail
- answer, report and follow executive or Pastry chef's instructions
- comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
