Operating across key cities including Chicago, Scottsdale, Dallas, and Miami, Maple Hospitality Group offers dynamic career opportunities with a strong focus on growth, education, and travel. The company culture thrives on four foundational values: generosity, excellence, fun, and a fail-fast mentality, fostering an environment where employees are encouraged to exceed expectations, pursue outstanding craftsmanship, enjoy their work, and continuously learn from challenges. This approach has helped the group establish itself as a leader in the hospitality industry, known for inventive menus, world-class service, and memorable dining experiences. Working at Maple Hospitality Group means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to inspiring culinary excellence and creating iconic destination experiences that resonate with guests and the community.
The role of Prep Cook at Maple Hospitality Group is integral to maintaining the high standards of quality and efficiency essential to the company’s operations. The Prep Cook will support the kitchen with timely preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients and components are prepared according to precise recipes and safety guidelines. This position requires someone with a strong sense of urgency, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work seamlessly within a high-volume, high-intensity kitchen environment.
