Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, PMI operates with more than 2,300 employees across its U.S. affiliates and globally, investing heavily in research and development to create scientifically substantiated smoke-free products. The company has made significant strides, including the acquisition of Swedish Match, a leader in oral nicotine delivery, and obtaining FDA authorizations for some of its innovative products. This positions PMI as a global champion in smoke-free technology with its flagship IQOS and ZYN brands. Your expertise will contribute to loss elimination efforts and operational excellence, driving productivity, quality, delivery, and cost targets. The role demands strong collaboration with quality and production teams to uphold rigorous standards and documentation integrity. As a Process Technician, you will actively participate in production management activities including equipment operation, monitoring, and mechanical troubleshooting while adhering to sustainable practices.

PMI values employee well-being and provides a competitive hourly wage starting at $27/hour. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options; flexible spending and health savings accounts; a company 401(k)/Deferred Profit Sharing Plan with employer contributions; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; parental leave; disability insurance; and life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
