Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a mechanical assembly, framing, construction, automotive service technician or auto mechanic role
- Experience using blueprints for assembly tasks or building projects
- Comfortable standing throughout shift and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in mechanical assembly, framing, construction, automotive service technician, or auto mechanic roles
- Familiarity with impact drivers, power drills, and torque wrenches
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in manufacturing
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Assemble and install mechanical parts using hand and power tools and measuring devices
- Use blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to accurately build products
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality standards
- Operate impact drivers, power drills, and torque wrenches during assembly
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Report any equipment malfunctions or defects
