Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in mechanical and industrial electrical maintenance
  • Hands-on skills with preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Availability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
  • Willingness to undergo day shift training
  • Strong safety awareness
  • Ability to work well in team settings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong mechanical and industrial electrical background
  • Extensive hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain all production equipment to ensure their operation is safe and in proper operating condition
  • Perform mechanical and minor electrical repairs
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production and support equipment
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to address problem areas and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Order parts and supplies as needed
  • Participate in planning methods and operating procedures
