Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in mechanical and industrial electrical maintenance
- Hands-on skills with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
- Willingness to undergo day shift training
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to work well in team settings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong mechanical and industrial electrical background
- Extensive hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Maintain all production equipment to ensure their operation is safe and in proper operating condition
- Perform mechanical and minor electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and support equipment
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to address problem areas and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Order parts and supplies as needed
- Participate in planning methods and operating procedures
