Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environment preferred
  • strong mechanical aptitude
  • ability to read and interpret technical instructions
  • basic computer skills required
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to perform basic math calculations
  • experience with material handling equipment preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including standing, walking, bending, or lifting
  • willingness to work flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environment preferred
  • strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools, equipment, and machinery
  • ability to read and interpret technical instructions, drawings, and work orders
  • basic computer skills including experience with SAP or Microsoft Office is a plus
  • strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety
  • ability to perform basic math calculations including decimals and fractions
  • experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks preferred, training or certification provided if needed
  • excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand, walk, bend, or lift throughout the shift
  • experience with mechanical assembly, CNC operation, machining, or warehouse logistics preferred
  • leadership or mentoring experience preferred
  • experience with power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, or production equipment
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule and support operational needs as required
