Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environment preferred
strong mechanical aptitude
ability to read and interpret technical instructions
basic computer skills required
strong attention to detail
ability to perform basic math calculations
experience with material handling equipment preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including standing, walking, bending, or lifting
willingness to work flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environment preferred
strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools, equipment, and machinery
ability to read and interpret technical instructions, drawings, and work orders
basic computer skills including experience with SAP or Microsoft Office is a plus
strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety
ability to perform basic math calculations including decimals and fractions
experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks preferred, training or certification provided if needed
excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand, walk, bend, or lift throughout the shift
experience with mechanical assembly, CNC operation, machining, or warehouse logistics preferred
leadership or mentoring experience preferred
experience with power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, or production equipment
willingness to work a flexible schedule and support operational needs as required
