The position of Manufacturing Engineer at ASML is a critical role responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes. The role focuses on the manufacture, fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting of critical consumable components within the factory setting. Manufacturing Engineers at ASML directly influence key factory metrics such as yield, cycle time, and capacity by designing process and tooling solutions. The role also involves designing and executing qualification tests, collaborating closely with design engineering teams to facilitate the release of new products, and maintaining comprehensive records and reporting systems to coordinate manufacturing operations effectively.

This full-time position requires the incumbent to be onsite 100% of the working week during standard business hours, reflecting the hands-on nature of the job especially within the factory cleanroom environment. The Manufacturing Engineer will also participate in cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Competence in statistical analysis using tools such as MS Excel, JMP, Minitab, and LabVIEW is necessary to analyze data and recommend process or design optimizations. This role demands a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills, as the engineer will engage with design staff concerning product design and tooling, coordinate special build activities, and lead or support teams dedicated to solving complex manufacturing challenges.

The position comes with an attractive salary range of $81,375 to $122,063 annually, aligned with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and role level.
