In this position, candidates will be deeply involved in evaluating AI-generated legal work and supporting the training process for AI regarding M&A agreements and transactional law. As the contract lawyer, you will conduct simulated M&A contract negotiations and perform redlining to mimic real-world scenarios, which plays a vital role in teaching AI to handle complex contract negotiations. You will also review AI-generated contract analyses and responses, providing detailed feedback to enhance the AI's comprehension and accuracy.

Beyond document review, the role demands the creation of objective evaluation frameworks and grading rubrics.
