The Managing Partner (General Manager) position at Texas Roadhouse is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure the highest standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently maintained. This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs who seek ownership-like responsibility for running their own restaurant within a nationally recognized brand. As a Managing Partner, you will be entrusted with driving operational excellence, managing costs, leading a dynamic management team, and cultivating a thriving workplace culture. This position offers an annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $200,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package available after 30 days of employment.

Key responsibilities include enforcing employment policies, managing the performance and schedules of the management team, recruiting and hiring staff, and maintaining compliance with liquor laws and safe food handling procedures. You will also be accountable for budgeting and financial controls, including weekly and monthly profit and loss management, inventory oversight, and cost tracking related to food, labor, and liquor. Ensuring the cleanliness and security of the restaurant, conducting training programs, and leading incentive initiatives for employees are integral to your role.

As the primary liaison between the restaurant and vendors or support center contacts, you will represent Texas Roadhouse's values of passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose every day. Managing Partners also must make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Texas Roadhouse.
