Job Requirements
- 2 or more years or more as a gm, mp, or multi-unit manager in a full-service concept
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
- Managing partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with texas roadhouse

Job Duties
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies
- Directing work of management team including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility
- Managing performance of management team including conducting weekly directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
- Providing ultimate oversight over all food, labor, and liquor costs
- Managing weekly and monthly profit and loss
- Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
- Verifying audit, ESF, daily Taste and Temp, and training standards are maintained
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Enforcing security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Overseeing incentive programs for staff
- Developing key employees and managers including training in employment policies
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
- Acting as primary liaison with vendors and support center
- Maintaining restaurant culture and living core values daily
