The venue is designed to be the ultimate destination for sports fans and social groups alike, featuring state-of-the-art technology including two 100-inch high-definition projectors and digital surround sound in its sports viewing room. Beyond dining and sports, the club offers bowling, live entertainment, and a fully equipped private party room, making it ideal for group events, parties, and celebrations. The role of Managing Partner at The Sports & Social Club is a key leadership position with full accountability for the overall business performance. The Managing Partner acts as the entrepreneurial leader, driving sales and revenue growth while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. This position requires a proactive leader who builds a strong team culture and manages costs effectively to maximize profitability. The Managing Partner is expected to be highly visible during peak periods, including weekend nights, sports events, and large group bookings, serving as the face of the business in all community and industry relations. Responsibilities also include overseeing the operational aspects of the club, ensuring high standards in food, beverage, entertainment, and guest service, and managing vendor contracts and financial reporting. The role demands excellent people management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a positive and motivated work environment. This is a full-time leadership role that may involve flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the venue’s dynamic schedule. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- Experience in multi-unit management preferred
- Fluent English required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage financial reports and budgets
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to recruit hire and develop teams
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to handle administrative and payroll duties
- Experience managing vendor contracts
- Commitment to maintaining a safe environment
Job Qualifications
- Self-motivated accomplished leader with proven track record in entertainment food beverage management
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management multi-unit management a plus
- High school diploma or GED required 4-year degree preferred

- Fluent in English other languages preferred
- Excellent people management communication and listening skills
- Proven ability to build and lead teams and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Capable of drafting professional written communication
- Able to read analyze basic financial reports and execute fundamental arithmetic

- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Internally motivated detail-oriented with a passion for teaching others
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings weekends holidays
Job Duties
- Drive sales including management of sales building group sales VIP efforts and outreach initiatives
- Build a strong team culture with open communication among operational marketing promotions and sales leaders
- Be present as the face of the business during peak revenue periods and special events
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards in service food beverage and entertainment
- Recruit interview hire train motivate reward develop and promote team members
- Control costs by overseeing inventory counts managing labor and reviewing financial reports
- Manage service contracts with outside vendors and ensure compliance with legal approvals
- Ensure daily deposits and cash security and complete payroll and administrative duties on time
- Maintain a safe working and guest environment and ensure compliance training is completed
