Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale hotel properties
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and brand standards
  • Commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility

Job Duties

  • Build and mentor a high-performing, inclusive team, driving engagement, development, and cross-functional collaboration across all departments
  • Oversee financial performance and operational planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency
  • Lead strategic marketing and revenue initiatives to maximize revenue, occupancy, and brand visibility
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by continuously enhancing service standards, quality, and innovation across all touchpoints
  • Foster strong relationships with community partners and key stakeholders, including ownership, enhancing the hotel’s cultural integration and reputation within the local and global hospitality landscape
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and brand standards, while maintaining rigorous quality and cleanliness across the property
