The role of Managing Director at The Laylow is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall success and operation of the property. This role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining financial health, developing a high-performing team, and upholding brand standards. The Managing Director will lead strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include overseeing hotel operations to ensure consistent service delivery, safety, cleanliness, and quality, as well as conducting regular property inspections to comply with health and safety regulations. The Managing Director champions a guest-first culture by promptly addressing service issues and enhancing overall guest experience. Financial acumen is essential for monitoring performance, managing costs, analyzing profit and loss statements, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, and the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds are required.
