The role of Training Manager and Leadership Development Specialist is a high-visibility position responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs aligned with business objectives. This role involves managing the entire training lifecycle—from needs analysis and content creation to delivery and evaluation—ensuring consistency and scalability across two Las Vegas offices. The successful candidate will facilitate high-impact leadership training sessions for managers and senior leaders, fostering skill enhancement and performance improvement through engaging and interactive learning experiences conducted both virtually and in-person. The position demands strong stakeholder collaboration, requiring partnerships with business leaders to identify skill gaps and provide tailored training strategies that enhance organizational performance.

In addition to leadership development, this role encompasses comprehensive program management duties, including training scheduling, logistics coordination, and reporting across multiple locations. Proficiency in key Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint is essential for tracking training metrics, developing materials, and maintaining resources. The individual will monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and implement necessary improvements to maximize program impact. Travel up to 20 percent within Las Vegas offices is required to assure smooth program rollout and initiative support. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in training and development business HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training learning and development or instructional design
  • proven experience facilitating leadership and management-level training
  • strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word and SharePoint
  • experience supporting multiple lines of business or a complex multi-site environment
  • excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
