Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to commit to a 12-16 week paid training program at an out-of-state location
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of hands-on leadership and staff mentoring
- Strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence
