This hands-on experience is complemented by close mentorship from leadership, providing trainees with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel as future managers.

In this role, Manager Trainees collaborate closely with Sahm's Vice President of Operations to learn the intricacies of managing and growing a Sahm's restaurant. The Manager Trainee role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a competitive spirit to drive team performance and achieve business objectives. Trainees will utilize various software systems including ADP, Toast, 7Shifts, and Marketman, gaining proficiency in technology that supports restaurant operations and workforce management. Additionally, the program offers employees a chance to make significant contributions to staffing strategies, financial reporting, scheduling, and payroll administration. Sahm's recognizes the importance of work-life balance by providing benefits such as paid time off, health, vision, and dental coverage following the completion of a waiting period. This program is ideal for individuals ready to embark on a fast-paced career path in the hospitality industry with ample support and growth potential.
