Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set department goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up on team progress and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee sales promotions and service staff training
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain food quality, control food costs, and ensure food safety standards
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
  • recognize and motivate employees throughout their tenure
