Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
- set department goals and delegate tasks

- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- oversee sales promotions and service staff training
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- maintain food quality, control food costs, and ensure food safety standards
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members
- recognize and motivate employees throughout their tenure
