Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly
  • ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan for each shift
  • monitor performance throughout shifts
  • ensure compliance with McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate shift handoffs to next Shift Manager
  • meet shift and department targets
  • oversee food safety
  • maintain internal communication
  • manage inventory
  • ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • manage crew staffing and scheduling
  • produce quality food
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • conduct training of staff
