Job Qualifications

previous leadership experience preferred
experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
positive team player
strong communication skills
ability to manage a fast-paced environment
age 18 or older

Job Duties

lead shifts weekly
ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
plan for each shift
monitor performance throughout shifts
ensure compliance with McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
monitor safety, security, and profitability
communicate shift handoffs to next Shift Manager
meet shift and department targets
oversee food safety
maintain internal communication
manage inventory
ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
manage crew staffing and scheduling
produce quality food
deliver exceptional customer service
conduct training of staff
