Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly
- ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift
- monitor performance throughout shifts
- ensure compliance with McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate shift handoffs to next Shift Manager
- meet shift and department targets
- oversee food safety
- maintain internal communication
- manage inventory
- ensure daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew staffing and scheduling
- produce quality food
- deliver exceptional customer service
- conduct training of staff
