Strong communication abilities, experience with cash handling and inventory control, and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management are essential. Flexibility in work hours, including weekends, nights, and swing shifts, is required to meet event schedules. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts Management or Administration, relevant supervisory experience, and familiarity with institutional policies and ticketing systems.
