The company is proud to offer competitive compensation and benefits packages alongside outstanding career development opportunities, enabling employees to combine their professional aspirations with a sense of adventure exploring the world.
The Royal Caribbean Group's Guest Travel Services Team is currently seeking a full-time Manager Strategy & Analytics - Guest Travel Services, a pivotal leadership role based onsite in Miramar, Florida. This position reports directly to the Director of Travel Partnerships and serves as the strategic leader responsible for shaping the analytical vision, commercial strategy, and performance optimization of the company’s ancillary travel offerings. As the Manager, you will lead a high-performing analytics team comprising the Lead Strategy & Analytics professional and a Senior Analyst, ensuring that data-driven insights inform product design, pricing, loyalty engagement, and guest experience improvements within the travel portfolio.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with commercial acumen, people leadership, and deep analytical expertise. You will act as the primary strategic thought partner to Guest Travel Services leadership, translating complex data into actionable strategies, identifying emerging opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives that bolster revenue efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction. Your influence will extend throughout the organization as you partner with senior leadership to set performance targets, develop KPI frameworks, and implement measurement methodologies that align with enterprise-wide goals.
Key responsibilities include defining the long-term analytics strategy, driving the development of pricing strategies, product packaging, loyalty engagement, and digital experience enhancements. You will provide coaching and mentorship to your team to elevate analytical rigor and output quality while promoting a culture of curiosity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of advanced forecasting, scenario planning, segmentation, and pricing models that support ancillary revenue growth, conducting deep-dive analyses on traveler behavior, attach rates, loyalty utilization, and product performance.
Cross-functional collaboration is integral to this role. You will serve as the primary analytics and strategy partner to Guest Travel Services leadership, working closely with departments such as Revenue Planning & Analysis, Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and IT/Systems to support product innovation, promotional activities, and new business cases. Your ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed recommendations and strategic storytelling will drive alignment and support product and guest experience optimization.
You will also be responsible for overseeing scorecards and executive presentations that summarize key performance trends and strategic recommendations. Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a compelling narrative in all communications to leadership and cross-functional partners is essential. Furthermore, operational and analytical excellence is expected, with a focus on evolving team methodologies, analytics infrastructure, and testing frameworks while utilizing cutting-edge data tools and delivering timely insights that drive measurable financial and operational results.
This role requires a proven track record of managing analysts or leading small to medium-sized teams, with experience in forecasting, pricing analytics, behavioral insights, and revenue optimization. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills are critical, along with a history of translating complex analytics into clear, actionable business strategies. Experience in test-and-learn programs or strategic planning is highly valuable.
In summary, the Manager Strategy & Analytics - Guest Travel Services at Royal Caribbean Group offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives within a dynamic, guest-focused travel services environment. This position is ideal for a leader with analytical expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for innovating travel experiences to deliver outstanding commercial and guest satisfaction outcomes.
