The Front of House (FOH) Manager role at Sullivan's Steakhouse is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the guest experience meets the highest standards. FOH Managers play a critical role in setting the tone for service, leading the team to deliver impeccable hospitality and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations. This role involves assisting the General Manager in implementing strategies aimed at maximizing operational profitability while guaranteeing an exceptional dining environment. FOH Managers are expected to lead by example, motivating their team, resolving guest issues promptly, and upholding the restaurant’s brand standards. Working closely with the General Manager, the FOH Manager helps drive initiatives based on guest feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, FOH Managers are tasked with managing labor costs and ensuring food quality standards are upheld consistently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Must be eligible to work in the country

Job Duties
- Establishes excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
- Helps GM execute plans based on guest surveys to improve guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty
- Assist the GM to ensure the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service
