Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in coffee bar or upscale restaurant settings
- Food handler's card as required by local and state regulations
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic accounting and budgeting skills
