With a focus on operational rigor, the Special Event Planner Manager oversees budgeting, timelines, vendor relationships, and logistical details to ensure seamless delivery. Moreover, the role involves tracking event performance and continuously refining programs based on data-driven insights and participant feedback, fostering a cycle of ongoing improvement. This role emphasizes inclusivity, collaboration, and passion for creating meaningful employee experiences that resonate with company culture.

Employment type is a full-time position, with salary compensation reflective of education, experience, skills, and training. Sodexo also offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision care, wellness programs, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, company holidays, and career development opportunities with tuition reimbursement.
