The Special Event Planner Manager role at Sodexo is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic environment focused on supporting high-end corporate clients. The manager will be responsible for designing, managing, and flawlessly executing a broad portfolio of employee-focused events aimed at strengthening organizational culture, connection, and engagement.

This role encompasses full event lifecycle management, including concept development, innovative and culturally relevant event design, meticulous logistics coordination, effective promotion, on-site execution, and insightful post-event evaluation. The Special Event Planner Manager will oversee a variety of signature programs such as Employee Resource Group (ERG) events, regional office celebrations, annual company-wide festivities, special coworker engagement activities, and executive-level meetings. These experiences are designed to create polished, memorable, and inclusive events that resonate with all participants.

Successful candidates are expected to bring fresh, creative ideas and demonstrate flawless execution capabilities. They will need to build strong partnerships with client leadership, workplace experience teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout the event process. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
