The role available is for a Nightclub Manager / Assistant General Manager, a pivotal position within the organization's operational framework. This is a full-time role involving closing shifts and requires a candidate who is passionate about the nightlife industry and hospitality. The ideal applicant will work closely with the General Manager, Venue Directors, and Booking Agents to oversee daily operations, ensuring that each event and service runs smoothly and meets the company’s high standards. This position demands a hands-on leader who is capable of managing front-of-house activities, coordinating with local and national promoters and DJs, and maintaining exceptional food and beverage service standards.

Candidates must have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively during service. There is an emphasis on teamwork, as the manager will need to assist on the floor as necessary, stepping in to support staff during peak times. Given the nature of the venues, experience with live music, nightclub production, and engaging with entertainment professionals is highly desirable. The role also requires familiarity with point-of-sale systems such as Toast and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. Experience with Adobe Suite tools like Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus but not mandatory.

Certifications such as SERV Safe and RAMP are preferred, reflecting the company’s commitment to safety and responsible alcohol management.
