As a Manager at Jaggers, your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant. You will assist the Managing Partner in managing all aspects of restaurant performance, from maintaining food quality and safety standards to enhancing guest satisfaction and driving sales growth. The Manager is responsible for setting the operational pace during peak hours, conducting regular taste and temperature checks to maintain the quality of food served, and overseeing comprehensive staff training programs that align with the brand's values. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant setting
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
