Job Description

Talkiatry is a national mental health practice dedicated to transforming psychiatry through accessible, human, and responsible care. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, the company addresses the significant challenges in mental health care access and quality in the United States. Currently, 60 percent of adults with a diagnosable mental illness remain untreated annually due to barriers such as limited accessibility, low reimbursement rates for clinicians, and burdensome administrative tasks. Talkiatry leverages innovative technology and a human-centered approach to ensure patients receive the care they need while allowing psychiatrists to concentrate on their medical practice without excessive administrative burden. As a fast-growing organization, Talkiatry is committed to a mission-driven culture focused on expanding access to mental health care for diverse populations across the country.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Provider Partnerships Manager to join our team in a field-based capacity. This is a full-time role that marries new business prospecting with account ownership and direct field engagement, requiring approximately 75 percent travel within an assigned territory. As a Provider Partnerships Manager, your core responsibility will be to build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams within medical practices and health systems. You will play a pivotal role in educating providers and their staff on Talkiatry’s services, supporting referral success, and growing adoption of our psychiatric care offerings over time.

This quota-carrying position provides substantial autonomy in the field, allowing you to take ownership of market development and success while collaborating closely with internal clinical, operations, and marketing teams for support. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where they can move quickly, make a tangible impact, and grow meaningful partnerships. If you are passionate about improving access to mental health services, enjoy face-to-face engagement, and are motivated by performance metrics and growth targets, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead market expansion and represent Talkiatry as a key voice in the community.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic territory plans aimed at increasing referral volume and provider satisfaction, leading in-office visits, presentations, community outreach events, and ensuring smooth and effective referral workflows. You will also maintain accurate CRM records using HubSpot to track and manage your accounts efficiently. This role is perfect for candidates who have a background in healthcare sales, physician liaison work, clinical outreach, or business development, and who possess strong consultative selling skills and emotional intelligence.

Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, plus uncapped commission potential, reflecting experience and qualifications. Talkiatry also offers a robust benefits package, career development opportunities, and a collaborative, mission-driven workplace culture. Join us at Talkiatry and become a market leader who drives real impact by connecting patients with timely, high-quality psychiatric care while building meaningful provider partnerships across your territory.
