This role demands expertise in applying scheduling best practices such as DCMA 14-point, IPMR DI-MGMT-81861, and earned value management system (EVMS) guidelines, and proficiency in critical path methodology, schedule risk analysis, and performance metrics. The manager conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR), performing detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analyses to identify and resolve problems. They collaborate with multiple functional and supplier teams, as well as program/project managers, to foster strong customer relationships and clear communication across the organization.
