This position is embedded within a significant partnership between Legends Global and the Cleveland Browns, focused on supporting all facets of the New Huntington Bank Field project. This partnership involves market analysis, product design and development, data and analytics strategy, and revenue generation across partnerships, ticketing, and suite sales. The role is critical for enhancing client engagement and ensuring premium customer service excellence ahead of the venue's opening.
The role involves overseeing all premium customer service platforms, including the management of benefits, amenities, contract execution, and payment processing. Strategic planning and implementation to boost client interaction are essential duties, as well as supporting the sales team by managing sales materials. The role requires active participation in planning and coordinating special events for premium clients and corporate prospects to drive new business development. Maintaining detailed client and prospect records within the CRM system is integral, alongside contributing to the creative development and execution of client gifting and engagement initiatives.
Additionally, the position entails preparing and managing premium suite agreements and templates, fostering strong client relationships through various communication channels, and proactively anticipating client needs to continuously exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of providing strategic leadership and problem-solving within a collaborative team environment.
This full-time onsite position is located in Berea, Ohio. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sports, live events industry, or premium customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and creativity skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in the sports and live events industry and/or premium customer service
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with a proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Job Duties
