The company emphasizes creating impactful partnerships and delivering high-quality outcomes by leveraging technology, industry knowledge, and a dedicated team of professionals.
This role is situated within Deloitte's Brand, Marketing & Communications team, which is committed to elevating the Deloitte brand through inspired marketing techniques and strategic communications. The Brand, Marketing & Communications team integrates creative and technology expertise with business insights and industry best practices to develop innovative assets and to execute strategies with agility and measurable performance.
The Project Manager position is a Specialist Manager role focused on leading and managing sponsorship activations specifically for Deloitte’s involvement in the 2028 LA Olympic and Paralympic Games (LA28). This unique opportunity places the candidate at the forefront of one of the world’s most prestigious and high-profile sporting events. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing, hospitality, and client engagement plans designed to maximize Deloitte’s visibility and partnership impact during the Games.
The Project Manager will take charge of coordinating cross-functional project plans, tracking critical milestones, assessing risks, managing compliance, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple stakeholder groups. This role requires collaboration with internal teams, external partners, agency collaborators, and rights holders to maintain brand safety, compliance, and a cohesive message that aligns with both Deloitte’s values and Olympic standards.
The candidate will be expected to manage complex communications, prepare executive-level presentations, maintain comprehensive project documentation, handle financial tracking and budget reporting, and deliver engagement strategies that enhance the guest and client experience on-site and through digital platforms. The position demands a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, values meticulous attention to detail, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Employment for this position is a full-time opportunity validated for an extended term through at least 2026, with the possibility of continuing depending on organizational needs. The anticipated salary range for the role is approximately $93,000 to $191,000 annually, subject to experience and relevant factors. Additional discretionary annual incentives may be provided, linked to individual and organizational performance. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
