The Physician Assistants Manager for the Inpatient Department of General Surgery at Evanston Hospital is an exciting leadership opportunity within Endeavor Health. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range between $72.92 and $102.08, depending on the candidate’s expertise and experience. The role involves managing clinical and business operations of the inpatient general surgery physician assistants team. The manager enforces Endeavor Health's policies and procedures and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role operates primarily during regular business hours Monday through Friday but requires occasional off-shift or on-call duties and travel to other NorthShore sites.
