Travel of up to 10% may be required in this exempt position.

Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory or management experience, scheduling and financial acumen
- Ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop employees
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift and move weights over 25 pounds
- Availability to work rotating schedule exceeding 55 hours per week
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Must have 3 years of supervisory or management experience, scheduling and financial acumen
- In-flight catering experience is highly desired or experience in a high-volume food service industry
- Current or previous labor relations experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with menu design a plus
- Candidate should be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive program change
- Strong and effective leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to train others
- Must have the ability to give negative and positive feedback to employees daily
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus on priorities
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership skills

- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensures unit maintains production standards
- Ensures labor controls are in place and are effective
- Ensures interdepartmental communication occurs regularly
- Assist in the development and training of subordinates
- Work with management staff to improve performance of the unit
- Prepares administrative reports as required
- Responsible for safety, quality and compliance to customer specifications
