Job Duties

  • Serve as a key contact for stadium and facility operations for all events, MLB Spring Training, MILB, non-game day events
  • Manage daily logistics, facility maintenance, guest services/experiences and ensure a safe, clean and functioning environment and facility
  • Event set up/breakdown, coordination with vendors, supporting facility maintenance, managing equipment and 3rd party contracts with companies and contractors
  • Serve as a key contact with communication to City of Lakeland on repairs, and work around stadium and facility
  • Assist Director of Security on operational issues and game day staffing and supervision/coordination of game day roles to include administrative assistance
  • Assist Director of Security with day to day operation and security of Player Development Academy
  • Responsible for tracking of all incoming and outgoing packages and mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution
  • Manage visitor check-in and check-out procedures, including security protocols
  • Assist in tracking inventory, purchasing supplies, creating purchase orders
  • Other duties as assigned
