Their expertise and commitment to exceptional quality have made them a trusted partner for events ranging from small corporate meetings to large-scale international exhibitions, showcasing a blend of creativity, technology, and operational excellence. Their subsidiary, Event & Exhibit Services, plays a crucial role in bringing these live experiences to life by managing logistics, labor, and onsite execution at various venues, including conventions, trade shows, and special events.
The Manager Labor Control role at Freeman is a critical leadership position responsible for effectively managing the scheduling and team member relations functions within their facilities, particularly in high-stakes environments such as show sites. Focused on ensuring smooth labor operations and upholding company standards, this role involves supervising collective bargaining units, part-time team members, and vendor personnel while instilling a culture of safety and compliance. The individual in this role will work closely with directors and department heads to assess labor needs for each event and align workforce deployment accordingly. The successful candidate will also support administrative tasks such as maintaining timecards for payroll processing, coordinating union labor, and assisting in creating CAD diagrams for supporting sales and hotel services departments.
